NASKAH SIDANG

Thanks to Allah who always give us a health so we can come together at this time. Thanks to examiner who have time for this moment and thanks for giving me a chance to stand here for present my presentation. Now I will explain about my presentation and the tittle is handling of data complaint at engineering department.
Chapter 1
At the first chapter is about introduction
A.    Background of On The Job Training
The job world development makes company more selective in choosing competent individual who are be able to implement the knowledge in the job world. Bogor EduCARE manages on the job training is as a form application in the job world. The Mirah Hotel Bogor is selected as a place to do on the job training because this company has used computer on administration system.
B.     Purposes of On The Job Training
The purposes of on the job training are to know handling of data complaint and to know preparing attendance data at engineering department.
C.     Benefits of On The Job Training
Benefits of on the job training are be able to know handling of data complaint and be able to know preparing attendance data at engi
neering department.

Chapter 2
At the second chapter is about general activity
A.    Short Profile
The Mirah Hotel Bogor is one of branch PT Mirah Segar. The Mirah Hotel Bogor was built in 1982 it was a boarding house. It was growing until 2008 and became hotel officially. Right now The Mirah Hotel Bogor is located at Pangrango Street No. 9A Bogor has 139 rooms and good facilities.
B.     Organization Structure
The Mirah Hotel Bogor is led by General Manager which responsible to overseas performance each manager. There are Sales and Marketing Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Room Division Manager, Human Resouce Manager, and Chief Accounting.



C.     Business Line
The Mirah Hotel Bogor is company that moves in the field hospitality business. It also serve meeting rooms, wedding, party and many more
D.    Man Power
The Mirah Hotel Bogor has 155 employees. There are two categories, the first categories is permanent employee. It has 34 employees. And the second categories is contract employees. It has 121 employees.

Working Hours

First for office staff, the working hours is start from Monday until Friday and start from 08.00 AM until 05.00 PM. The second for operational staff, working hours is by shift. The first shift start from 07.00 AM until 03.00 PM. The second shift start from 03.00 PM until 11.00 PM. The third shift start from 11.00 PM until 07.00 AM. And the last is middle shift start from 08.00 AM until 12.00 AM.

Salary System

The Salary of The Mirah Hotel Bogor is given end of the month by transfer.

Chapter 3
At the third chapter is about main activity
A.    On The Job Training Period
My on the job training period start from 25 October until 25 December 2014 with working hour from Monday until Friday start from 08.00 AM until 05.00 PM at engineering department.
B.     Engineering Department
Engineering Department is led by Chief Engineering. Chief Engineering supervises Duty Engineering, Supervisor Engineering and Crew Engineering.
C.     Main Activity
Main activity on the job training was handling of data complaint. Including some activities:
1.      Receiving Maintenance Order sheet from housekeeper department.
2.      Recording Maintenance Order sheet into Log Book.
3.      Submitting Maintenance Order sheet to Supervisor Engineering.
4.      Inputting Log Book data into Microsoft Excel 2010.
5.      Sending Log Book report data to Chief Engineering.

D.    Another Activity
Another activity when I did on the job training was preparing attendance data.
E.     New Skill and Knowledge
The new skill and knowledge are to know handling of data complaint and to know preparing attendance data at engineering the mirah hotel bogor.
F.      Obstacle and Solution
The language in data complaint was strange and the solution is more active to ask Supervisor Engineering.

Chapter 4
At the fourth chapter is about conclusion and suggestion
A.    The conclusion
The conclusion can be taken after doing on the job training are handling complaint data is done to get complete information about the report complaint data from Maintenance Order sheet. And preparing attendance data is done to make easy Supervisor Engineering in knowing the daily attendance of employee.
B.     Suggestion
1.      The Mirah Hotel Bogor
a.       In the serve of office stationary, the mirah should be used the good quality.
b.      The employees should be more keep the facilities.
2.      Bogor EduCARE
a.       Bogor EduCARE in administration lesson should more practice than teory.
b.      Bogor EduCARE should be visit the student of On The Job Training at On The Job Training Place.
3.      Student
a.       Student should be looked for on the job training place early.
b.      Student should be read handbook of on the job training before compose on the job training report.
